Privacy Policy — The Propaganda Factory

Last updated: September 26, 2026 Plain talk first: this site exists to build leftist power, not to harvest you. We collect the minimum needed to run the network, we never sell your data to anyone, and most of what the site remembers about you never leaves your own browser.

What we collect

Fan Vote tallies. When you vote for Propagandist of the Week, your pick is counted toward the weekly tally. We store one flag in your browser so you can't vote twice in the same week. Your vote is anonymous — it is never tied to your name, email, or identity. Callsign and email (Daily Orders + Enlistment Ranks). If you claim a callsign in the Daily Orders or Enlistment Ranks widgets, we store your callsign and email. Your email is used for two things only: recovering your callsign if you lose it, and importing you into The Dispatch (our newsletter) so you hear about network actions. You can ask to be removed at any time. Form submissions. The JOIN THE RANKS form and the creator-onboard application ask for your name, email, platform links, follower counts, and a short pitch. These go straight to mtcstw@gmail.com so a human can review them. Creator applications may also include "Hey PFN" proof screenshots or post links, which we use only to verify you own the page you claim. War Bond purchases. If you buy a War Bond through the site, payment is processed by our payment provider (Squarespace Payments). We see the purchase amount and your contact details for fulfillment. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• Running the network: votes, ranks, streaks, and leaderboards.
• The Dispatch: occasional emails about network actions, campaigns, and drops.
• Vetting creators who apply to join the Sick Left Radicals. That's the whole list.

What we never do

We never sell your data. Ever. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. The site runs movement-aligned advertising only — brands that stand with the movement — and advertisers never get your personal information.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores a few things in your own browser so the interactive pieces work: your weekly vote flag, your XP and rank progress, your mission streaks, and your callsign. Clear your browser data and it's gone — we keep no server-side copy of your browser-local activity unless you've given us your email as described above. Squarespace itself may set standard analytics and security cookies; those are governed by Squarespace's own policies.

Your rights

Email mtcstw@gmail.com and we will: tell you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. Deleting your email removes you from The Dispatch and detaches your callsign from recovery — your callsign itself can stay on the public leaderboard or be removed too, your call.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new date. The version above is the one that counts.
