Do purchases give me XP? +
No. Real money = zero XP, always. War Bonds and subscriptions fund the movement — they don't buy advantages. XP is earned through action: missions, games, organizing.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
Every receipt email from Stripe includes a "manage subscription" link. Click it to cancel, change plans, or update your payment method. No questions, no retention gauntlet.
Where does my money go? +
Infrastructure, data feeds, tools — roughly $2,000/month to keep the Factory independent. We publish what we spend. No billionaire money, no ad revenue, no selling your data.
I lost my callsign / can't log in. +
Use the callsign recovery on the homepage — enter the email you registered with and we'll send a recovery link. If that doesn't work, contact us below.
Is my data sold? +
Never. Your activity powers the movement's intelligence (aggregated, never individual). We don't sell data, we don't run ads, we don't do surveillance capitalism.
